Peter Leman Jr.'s journey is one marked by a dynamic and purposeful life. Originally hailing from Hartford, Connecticut, his story took a turn at the age of nine when he relocated to Los Angeles, California. In LA, Peter immersed himself in a multitude of extracurricular activities, notably excelling in water polo and swimming throughout high school. His commitment reached impressive heights as he not only played through his senior year but also earned a spot at the Junior Olympics.
Beyond sports, Peter's dedication to community service shone bright, earning him the prestigious Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2019. This commitment seamlessly transitioned into his early career at the YMCA, where he served across three facilities and six childcare sites. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the post-COVID reopening of aquatics departments, overseeing the training of a 50+ lifeguard team and spearheading the resurgence of swim instruction programs.
In June of 2023, Peter, along with his family, made a cross-country move to Venice, Florida—a place with personal significance. Seizing this as the opportune moment, he embarked on a new chapter by realizing his long-held ambition to delve into real estate.
